Founded by Maria “Juliana” Diaz Agent/CPIA, in October of 2005, SIA was intended to be a small business insurance agency catering to the local Shenandoah neighborhood in Davie and the Weston area of western Broward County, Florida.

Over the years the agency’s customer base has grown to parts of Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties. The agency is dedicated to the distribution of personal property and casualty insurance products to residents and to some small businesses.

The owner’s vision is to run a boutique-type business that is predominantly marketed through “word of mouth” referrals and testimonials from its many satisfied customers.

SIA is not an insurance warehouse or call center, instead relying on hard-working professionals who care about their customers to bring new business prospects to the agency.

“Juliana”, the owner gives her personal cell phone to customers and welcomes their calls for service as well as having a licensed staff of well-tenured associates with the same customer-focused agenda.

SIA proudly offers Progressive Home and Automobile insurance products along with many other nationally rated insurance carriers.

As a proud independent agent, Juliana and her staff can offer competitive customized solutions in the challenging Florida market. Her experience with Florida insurance dates back to 1988 and included sales and agency management before she created SIA.
